- Work with the director of sales to set department revenue growth objectives.
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Generate, edit, and publish daily content (original text, images, video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community, when applicable.
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with client to go over analytics and finalize strategy for social platforms.

The social media specialist would be responsible for strategically growing fuze32 clients’ social media audience and engagement alongside our social media team. Social Media is fun and we have fun doing it! Our Social Media Team is able to be creative and have fun while helping our clients grow with this creative marketing strategy.
