The Missouri Department of Corrections works to make Missouri safer. They employ approximately 10,000 employees and supervise 23,000 people across 20 institutions and 62,000 people on probation and parole. They also foster rehabilitation, treatment, and education to help ensure that justice-involved Missourians contribute to their communities inside and outside their walls.
The Challenge
MDC collaborates with fuze32 Marketing on targeted campaigns throughout the year. In one such campaign, their primary challenge had been acquiring adequate staffing, prompting their request for marketing assistance in
securing 800 monthly job applicants. These applicants are essential to fulfill the vacancies for corrections officer positions across 19 institutions around the state of Missouri.
The Solution
fuze32 Marketing is a state-approved full-service marketing agency. The omnichannel campaign strategy we planned for this campaign included radio, social media, digital display, video (CTT/OTT and video ads). The campaign was short-term and ran for 3 months. To track conversions, we created a custom landing page.
