Missouri Department of Health & Senior Services
The Missouri Department of Health & Senior Services is a state department responsible for developing and implementing
programs designed to protect seniors and adults with disabilities. They also administer an integrated system
of care for eligible adults that require long-term care.
The Challenge
We work with the Department of Health and Senior Services to run a variety of individual campaigns in different markets around the state of Missouri. Their campaigns focus on a variety of topics. For example, an educational campaign on the dangers of lead and radon gas. This case study will focus on the radon education campaign.
The Solution
We designed an omnichannel marketing campaign strategy that included the planning, writing, designing, production, implementation, and monitoring of each campaign element: radio, print, and social media.
