When it comes to hobbies and interests, Christina’s life is a tapestry of varied pursuits. A proud Columbia native and Hickman High School alumna, she keeps herself busy with an impressive array of activities. She models with Dream Club Como, participates in a book club, creates YouTube content, practices photography, designs and sews her own clothes, hunts for treasures at the Love Seat, and shares special hiking adventures with her father at their favorite spot, the Pinnacles. Her innovative spirit shines through in her summer tradition of mastering new skills—most recently completing an 8-week roller derby training course and earning her place on the team!
Here’s something fascinating about Christina’s background that showcases her leadership and diverse interests: During her college years, she founded and led Mizzou Club Overwatch, managed social media for Mizzou Esports, and performed with Mizzou Club Dance, demonstrating her ability to balance multiple passions successfully.
Christina’s professional journey began remarkably early, winning the 2019 True/False Film Fest’s T-shirt design contest with her Galaga-inspired creation while still in high school. This early success sparked her passion for graphic design, leading to five years of freelance work in design, photography, and videography. Her college years were marked by impressive multitasking—she simultaneously managed social media for Mizzou Esports, and worked as a Strategic Communicator and Graphic Designer for both Oddbird Games and MU Extension, all while maintaining her academic responsibilities and running Mizzou Club Overwatch.
In her personal life, Christina shares her journey with her partner Luke, whom she met through Mizzou Esports. Their three-year relationship is built on a foundation of best friendship, and together they’re crafting their life story.
